The Cook Political Report also gives a hopeful moment that the republican wave is becoming a ripple.
I am observing both sides of the abortion issue beginning to recognize that they went too far. Moderation is slowly finding its way to front and center in the public square.
On personal note, a little closer to home, there are loads of beautiful (unusually large) frogs on our property, next to no mosquitoes this summer (thus the larger frogs?), and moderate temperatures for most of this glorious summer. Our move to the flyover country is rapidly morphing to a move to the best place to live in light of climate change.
